Great location, can walk to ZAO Ropeway station. Breadfast, Dinner and spy are excellent. A little is the shuttle bus arrangement, the system changed to use a highway bus collect all people to Zao Astraea Hotel and change smaller shuttle, this is not mentioned at offical website. First problem is the day when I arrived Zao is rainng, I need to change shuttle bus at open area, our luggage also need to transit to other shuttle bus under havery rain. Second is the arrive time to Yamagata Station, since the shuttle servie need to change to highway bus to Yamagata Station, it take time to group all 3 hotel people, but I think the departure time for each hotel do not adjusted earlier, as a result when the highway bus arrived Yamagata Station, You only have 5mins to catch up the train to Sendai, luckly I do not use JR pass and there is highway bus to Sendai. I do think the shuttle bus time need to have an adjustment and make the arrival time have better connect with JR Train
