I stayed at Comfort Inn for total 3 nights in this trip. I have checked out after the first night stay and went to other city. During check out, I asked a front desk staff to do me a favor and helped me call the other hotel to arrange the pick-up service. I spoke in English and wrote 漢字 but the staff did not understand. Then he started to mad at me and not willing to offer help. I felt so disappointed with this bad experience and will not recommend to stay in this hotel.

You showed us the text of 漢字 at the front desk. We Japanese do share some 漢字 characters with Chinese, but not all, and there were some characters that are not used in Japan. That is why we did not understand it. Anyway, we feel so sorry we were not able to respond to your question.
