It was really good experience having one night in such warm and cosy hotel. The room has excellent view to a well design garden, as for the hot spring, it relief the tiredness from the long distance train and the out door bath matched perfectly with the snowy garden and the new moon.
For both meals, there is nothing to complain about. we did enjoy the skill and the taste from the chef.
And for the service, we had been well cared, from the time entering the room until check out, we do receive what we expected for a good traditional hotel.
We do like to find a chance to visit again and suggect Chikuba to friends.
