Our stay at the pension was short but very satisfying. The location was great. The food was very well prepared and just delicious. But the best thing of the stay was the service. The staff was naturally caring, not with the manual politeness, but with real sincerity. When they heard about my food requirements, they right away thought of substitute dishes. It was really a pleasure to stay at their pension. Next time we go to Kusatsu we will certainly be staying there again!
