As a foreigner, the only inconvenience was the staffs' english, but they tried to communicate with me so sincerely. As you might know, the price of this inn was pretty low but the point of guests was very high, so I didn't hesitate to book. The location was quite good. It was in out-skirt of the Bandai city area, about 500m away from Niigata station. Furumachi area, the old city center, and Toki Messe, the convention center, were at 1.5km distance from this inn, so I needed not to take a bus or taxi. The neighborhood was quiet. The thing I really liked in this inn was the breakfast. The lady of the tiny restaurant was very kind and the home style food was excellent. If you don't have any restriction of budget, there could be more choice. But if you are the one of common people, like me, and are not so fastidious about facilities, this inn will be the best choice.
