Great service. Wonderful breakfast. View of onsen and resting area is beyond words. It is right next to the bay area and shopping but a little distanced to the JR station. Walking on snow from the bus stop with luggage will take much more than 1 min as mentioned on website. So guests with luggage going in winter might consider taking a taxi.
