Service is very good, staff speaks english and helped me transport my luggage to my next hotel that I check in the next day near Hiroshima Station free of charge (I asked them to help me courier, but they said they can do it free). The hotel is well located, with restaurants, convenience stores and shopping street nearby. The room and the hotel is quite dated, the room lighting buttons and mirror are weridly positioned, the air conditioning is old and a bit noisy. The bathroom seems more newly renovated.
