The service is good, although there is some misunderstanding made due to problem in communicating in English, it is still fine for the case. The quality of the food provided in both breakfast and dinner time is superb. We enjoy our meal so much in room. The room size is very big and facilities provided is good. Only one thing disappoiting us is the stains in the private onsen bath tub in room. I understand it is caused by the onsen colour, as the bath tub is white in colour, which makes the stains/marks to be obvious enough. This is the case that we cannot enjoy the onsen so much due to the unpleasant outlook . Overall, it is a nice hotel for all of us.

Although onsen colour is natural, I am terribly sorry to cause you inconvenience.
