The dinner buffet with raw meat and seafoods served suppose to be a good idea. Unfortunately, the portable gas cooker provided was tuned down to probably 1/10 of its power; just like to use a match to grill the meat. The meat was only dried up with the gentle fire. I asked the staff why the gas cooker were not function properly. I was shocked that the replied was the hotel intentionally modified it so that no flame will emit when cooking to avoid triggering the smoke sensor. If it is the case, they should cook the meats in stead so that guest will not waste their valuable time trying to make the food eatable.
