I booked for 2 night in 京町家 舞妓宮川筋 and prepare to checkin at 3pm. Unfortunately, we were not able to access to the rakuten due to the security system was fautly. I tried to call the company and the security company for assistance. But nobody answer the call until 7 pm at night. My friend helped us to call the company again and explain the issue to them. But they came back with very bad attitude. It seems that they don't care about their service. And they just sent a security guide the rakuten to unlock the security system. Myself and my friend are both very disappointed with the customer provide by this company. I won't recommend any of my friend to stay with them.
