The location is quite good and it is easy to find the hotel by GPS and we can park the car free inside the car park. But we are unhappy about the service of the staff. When we check in, the reception staff do not understand English. I had to repeat we wanted to check-in several times and showed our confirmation email. Then he understood what he should do. After we got the key and opened the door. We found that the room was very very small. When I booked the room, I mentioned there are 3 people in our family. The hotel just let us have a twin bed room. The size is small. All of us are adults. How can we sleep in a such bed room. This was the worst hotel we lived in Japan. We visit Japan every year but we never slept in a such small room without any arrangement. If the hotel did not have a bigger room, it can reject our booking. We did not sleep well during that night. We did not live this hotel anymore and did not recommend to the others.

The provided room was the largest in our hotel in terms of its size and the size of the equipped beds, however,
it may be a little small in comparison with other hotels.
