I stayed here for 2 nights.
It's very convenient since it is just nearby Ikebukuro Station. And there are a lot of convenience stores, restaurants and shopping points.
However, the breakfast is not very good due to less choices even no fresh food or milk. I would suggest to change complimentary breakfast instead of charging (paid by) hotel guests.
