Good breakfast. Great location. Nice design. However, service was bad. Maintenance needs to pay attention. It was the only hotel that we received bad service during the 17-day vacation and our past vacations in Japan. We stayed there for 5 days 4 nights. No one greeted us on any day. Staff were not very friendly. During the buffet breakfast, no one greeted us or served us. We even saw the staff taking their own food (for breakfast??) while we were eating. It was so strange. I was thinking if the hotel is going to close down very soon.
We are sorry really for ruining the vacation in Japan in this case. I must apologize sincerely.
We should be really ashamed of the thing that a basic greeting we live is not made. When it is necessary to improve it immediately, I think this thing to be strong. A similar thing can be said also to the staff in the working breakfast place.
It comes bearing service that the expression is more friendly and is rich and softer in mind.
I wish to express my gratitude for a valuable point.
