The service is great! The ryokan owners are very kawaii. The staff is helpful. Ryokan location is good. Free parking space is provided, which is very useful for the customers like us who drive here. The breakfast is wonderful and I wish I can eat the food again.
However, the toilet within the room has small dirt; should have been cleaned up.
