As a foreinger, I don’t recommand Fujilake Hotel. I lost my son's toybear in Fujilake Hotel. I called and the clerk promised to check again. But there is no any reply. I called again at the final day in Japan. The clerk told me they didn't find it. I called again, わたしは日本語が 苦手ですから、中国語できる人が ございますか。He told me there is a person who can speak Chinese but had an day off. I was mad at that time. I said, Then please find someone speaking English since it's really important to us. He asked me to wait on the phone and one minute later he said they found it. What about if I left a shrimp or other terrible things under the bed? Isn't cleaning and checking the room thoroughly a basic job for a hotel? Fujilake hotel is a hotel with history that means it's not new and modern. It's not a big problem because Japan is so famous of the excellent service attittude. But without the service attitide, this hotel is just a regret for my Fuji Mt. trip.
We were sorry can not cope Chinese by phone. When there is a post-cleaning your lost item is stored after your contact certain period of time, are we looking for great things left behind from the depository record this time. Send to the person who know, the thing that you can receive from the people, we will arrange the same day, or would not Irasshara reached even to the person who acquaintance?
