フロントは英語対応のみで日本語対応なく、ホスピタリティを感じる対応はない。
朝食会場においても、多くの種類が準備されレベルは高いものの、ここでも従業員の方の対応はパッとしない。
全体的に5つ星ホテルとは言い難い従業員の質だと感じた。
