We were given a room in the 新館二階 together with a group of 中国 tourists group. They were roudy and loud. We were awaken at night as they loudly talk in the hallway.
We did not notice any 日本人 being placed on the same floor.
Maybe you place us in that floor thinking that we have Chinese last name so we must be Chinese, but we are not. We are Taiwancese Americans and we have very different culture from the 中国 tourists.
So we felt we were discrimated by your hotel because you had stereotyped us, and we wish to voice that feeling. We had a very unpleasant night.
Thank you for your staying with us and appreciate your bringing this issue to our attention.
We are terribly sorry that during a stay,we had hurt your feelings becouse of lack of our consideration.
Because that day more than 70% forieign tourists stayed in our hotel and the 2nd floor of new annex is the closest building to a main building, we had assignment of your room on 2nd floor.
We would make every effort to prevent a reappearance of this kind of matter after this.
