The overall service is good. It would be great if the followings are improved. one, the internet service should be much better. The download is too low, only 2 MB and upload is way too low. Please see it urgently. Two, the room is good compared with general Japanese hotels but the bath tub is too shalow to take a bath. Japanese customers will see this as a big flaw.I am writing this because I like this hotel and hope it to make better.
