For an environmentally-friendly purpose, we only conduct room cleaning once every 3 days by default. Many guests also requested for this in order to have more privacy as they did not like people entering their rooms too often.
However, upon guests' request, we would gladly clean your room daily and replenish your towels and amenities.

2023/2/28から3泊しました。部屋の窓から雨漏れがありました。こちらから依頼しなければ部屋の掃除とタオル交換をしてくれません。チェックイン時に説明があれば良かったのですが、一切ありませんでした。正直言って値段に見合っていません。
