1.We went out to the car park for star gazing for a short while. When we returned to the hotel we found that we were locked out. Were it not for the Taiwanese gentleman who heard our call for help and the lady who found the staff to open the main door, we would have to stay in the cold outside the hotel for the whole night. If the hotel has the practice of locking the main door, they should put up a notice telling their guests. We were not told by the front desk when we checked in nor was there any sign or notice telling us so. 2.They forgot to provide towels to the room where my friend was staying. I hope this is just a rare occasion. Despite all of the above, it is still a nice hotel and the staff are friendly.
