a very unsatisfying stay - girl of the front desk was very helpful, however there was a male staff who was very impolite to us. we were not finished yet on check-in but he insisted to move us to another place without any polite word nor any reason. - there was a misunderstanding with the booking of a B-speak cake at yufuin, we did show up at the B-speak store within the deal time (around 13:00, and told the staff that we will come again before 17:00 to pick up the cake, otherwise we accept the cancellation of the reservation. We did show up, not what REI hotel said we didn't show up. We bought the cake and brought back to Hakata, and eta the cake at REI hotel, the girl on the front desk can prove it! - room was full of dusty and it was completely not clean at all - carpet was not clean and we saw leftover dust on the floor
