A young and tall man which his attitude is unpleasant and not polite, no smile during whole conversation from lobby to room.This is the first time I stay a hot spring hotel need to take my stuff by myself and staff never ask for help. Vey bad impression. He better not serve customer and have to attend some training.
Room with nice view but with unpleasant smell. restaurant staff are all nice , meal is not good as expect. Seafood is not fresh and taste just soso.
