We had a great time and sleep here. Great location, food service and staff's hospitality were also fantastic. Even their hot spring places were small but clean, they offered free voucher to use hot spring at Spa Alpina hotel just 5 mins walk distance were awesome plan.
Meals in room service were perfect choice if you want to take slow food. I highly recommend here and their staff Miss Yoshiko san front desk- Mr.Lee, their hospitality were excellent and well explanation how to use all facilities, notifications.
Great place,great food, great staff. If I plan to visit Takayama again, there is no place for staying except here.

We are so sorry for our hot spring is small To compensate it we do our best to make it clean and tidy And at the same time we will offer our customers the passport to the sister hotel s Outlook bath So happy to hear that you said you like it
And about the meal our hotel is famous of the hidabeef We have the Self confidence to make every customers enjoy the delicious hidabeef If it is possible please introduce it to more people
Finally we have a beautiful word in Japan which is called omotenashi And all what we are doing is for giving our customers the experience of omotenashi We are pleased if you have felt it And we are always waiting for your next stop in ryokan seiryu
