We booked two rooms of 140x190 bed, but one of the rooms is smaller and the bed is only 120 x 190! The toilet facilities are very old. Quite disappointed!
Hello Welcome Thank you for coming to Kagoshima. I saw your post and I was very surprised to confirm the room. Both of the rooms that I stayed were of the type as booked. Something very big misunderstanding seems to be occurring and we are very puzzled and sad. But there may have been some kind of factor that caused such misunderstanding. We apologize for causing extremely unpleasant thought including the old bathroom. Kagoshima is a wonderful place. Beautiful mountains and the sea. Please come and see us again.
