For the towel, your reservations is ECO plan that is cheaper than usual on instead non cleaning and no exchange amenity and towel. However, we deeply apologize to not enough explaination and impolitely reaction.

The room size is extremely small and the hotel service is terribly poor. I requested a small towel but was impolitely rejected by the hotel staff.
The hygiene is terrible as there was a fly in the egg roll in the breakfast.
The spa is terribly small in size.
