I checked in on 4/5 with my family. At that time, I was asked to provide 5 passports of all my families for hotel to take copies. When they returned the passports to me, I didn't notice only 4 returned to me. I checked out on 4/6 morning. It was so lucky I noticed I lost one passport and called hotel at 14:13. At that time, they didn't notice that they keep one passport and said they will check. At 14:28, they informed me that the passport was left on the copy machine!!!!! it is not acceptable to handle passport like this way. If I didn't notice, I may not be able to take the flight in time. When I returned the hotel to take the passport, I have no time to ask the details about their handling. However, when I back home and wrote mail to ask explanation. They only asked my reservation number but no more reply.It is really an upset experience.
