When I reached the Zao bus terminal, I saw the pick-up van even I didn't reserve it. But I missed it as I didn't know the Japanese pronounciation of '大平'. Thanks for the hotel picking me up later when I got lost. Really thanks!!!
This hotel is very nice and the service is considerate. It is out of my expectation that such low fee could have acquired such great accomodation and hot spring. Enjoying the hot spring around the beautiful snow scene was so comfortable. The pets in the hotel also made me so impressive.
The hotel also offered special offer to buy the souvenir inside the hotel store. No need to carry them when walking around Zao.
I feel very lucky to find it out in rakuten and stay there in my Japan trip.
