Hi. I am Cherry, the Hong Kong people who stayed in the hotel on 8/2/2012.
The staff in the hotel is very nice. They are very considerate and helpful.
They tried their best to help us to change the time of ice experiencing to fit our trip.
And we didn't bring enough clothes, the hotel gave us some!!
Also, the hot springs are nice in the hotel, especially the outdoor ones.
It was really good experience to stay in a hotel with good service and good hot springs.
Moreover, the dogs in the hotel are very cute!!!
If I visit Zao Onsen again, I will stay in Ohara hotel again!!
P.S. English is OKAY in this hotel. Highly recommend to those non-japanese speaker!

Thank you very much for staying at this hotel the other day.
How was snow removal from the rooftop experience which rides on first heavy snowfall and a roof？
Could not it experience in hong kong？
Although it was the time of winter this time, Zaou becomes the scenery which changes with four seasons, respectively.
Moreover, come at anthar time.
And please stay at the Ohira hotel again.
I am waiting for next coming with the 『Hotalu』 of a Bernese mountain dog.
