I was staying in this hotel from 3 Feb to 6 Feb with family and all booking done by me, all the services and stay I am very happy. But I am not happy with the room charge, both rooms are next to each other and I am paying much higher than the other room! I keep asking them for an explanation, they can't provide me an answer. Anyway, my booking number was Rya06r6n11 and RYa06kbiaz Frist night room rate was, 26852 vs 24000 ( yen )

Regarding to your bookings, As we explained about it when you check out, we’d got two different reservations. One (RYa06r6n11) is the most reasonable for limited period and number of rooms only this season. This is not always you can book for any days but there are days we stop selling depending on the days in February. Another one (RYa06kbiaz) is for a long stay more than 2 days, which is on sale for a year. Thus, you needed to pay different room rates’ charge.
