The hotel management doesn't vie concentrating on their facility, but leveraging human strength at the most. They invested a lot on educating their staffers and establishing the system to raise their visitors' satisfaction. To my astonishment, not only seniors but also quite younger staff behave like decades-career attendants with prudence and humor, which we can't experience outside Japan. I really became confident that such a disciplined and sophisticated culture would make Japan the No.1 country having favored hospitality in the world.
