DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!! When arrive at late night, hotel tells me computer mistake and need to charge high price than booked price. I am carrying heavy suitcases and it is late at night, I have to pay the higher price or have no where to sleep for the night.
This is very very bad practice to change price without notice long time after confirmation of booking and pricing. This can easily be notify by email. This is very bad practice, I kept the receipt and will complaint to JNTO and get just compensation!!!!
This is bad for Japan, this makes bad reputation for Japan Tourists!!!!
