We go this hotel with our 2 years old boy, the counter staff said that the boy should pay extra money for staying this hotel. But I have already entered all information of residents (2 adults+ 1 boy) in our booking, no extra money displayed in the booking rate.
We reply to the staff that we will change to other hotel as they suddenly add extra money in our booking. They refused us to change other hotel and let us check-in without extra money with a special condition that our 2-year old boy cannot use any facility in the hotel, including shower and using towels.
During our check-out time, the bill showed that they still charged us the extra money, the staff refused their promise and charged the extra money for 2-year old boy, and the staff show his angry face to us. I finally requested to call tourist Police to solve out this case.
