This is our first time visiting Shirahama. From the facilities, the people, the hot spring and the meals, everything of this hotel were absolutely amazing. I think this hotel mainly hosts local guests so the staff do not speak very good English, but we can feel they tried their very best to deliver quality service to us. We were especially impressed by the lady who served us dinner, she was so hospitable and remembered our preferences even we had a short stay. We really would like to thank her but it was a pity we didn't get to see her when we checked out.
We were backpackers and we arrived the hotel by bus. A very good thing of this hotel is it has an indoor swimming facility, so you still have things to do if it rained outside. We would recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely be staying here again if we are ever visiting Shirahama. Thank you, クアハウス白浜! :)
