The air-conditioning system of the room is not good and we felt hot even we have set a low temperature. The gym opens too late, i.e. 9pm, so that I can't do exercise before I went out for sight-seeing.

I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. If you feel too hot/cold in your room, please contact our house keeping staff. He/She will tell you the way how to lower/raise the temperature, bring the fan or arrange the another room for you. Our gym opens from 5:00am to 10pm everyday. Sorry for your inconvenience caused during your stay but I hope you will find us worthy of another try.
