For the service, I remark the JR軽井沢駅shuttle bus service when I booked the room and confirm the service by mail. But when I arrived the hotel the front desk staff said I only reserved one way bus to hotel, and there is no seat for back to軽井沢駅 on the date I leave the hotel. So, I have to paid additional 2,200円 bus fare for each person back JR軽井沢駅. The staff only said Sorry… Sorry… then not her business anymore…
For the room, I have stay a lot of Onsen hotel in Japan and this is first time I meet the customer have to setup the futon by yourself in Onsen hotel. Finally, hotel staff helped to setup the futon.
For the meal, they have two sessions for dinner. If you choose the dinner at 19:30, the buffet dish almost empty at 20:00 and did not serve the meal anymore. So, I change the dinner time to 17:30 on second night.
First of all, about the shuttle bus from Karuizawa to our hotel and from our hotel to Karuizawa, we ask customers about the usage of the shuttle bus at the time of making reservations, and we do contact them only when we have seats vacancies.
Second, about futon, which is the one for sleeping on the floor, we do not enter their rooms for protecting their privacies. We do improve the way of our guidance.
Lastly, about our dinner session from both 17:30 and 19:30, we try to maintain meals during the buffet times. We are sorry about the meals for not being there at your turn. We do look the plates caerfully for not leaving empty.
