Daiwa Roynet Hotel's parking policy is (1) no reservation and (2) first come first serve. This branch in Hamamatsu (浜松) has change the company parking policy! They let customers to reserve the parking for whole day. We are in front of the parking tower and wait for 3 cars to leave. It is very unfair and break company's policy.
The service is very bad. No good explaination. The manager is not in the hotel for 2 days.
I think Daiwa Roynet Hotel is a very bad choice (except for low price). The room is very small and equipments/bath room is old. The service is bad. Parking policy is unfair. Be aware of these!!

However, once a guest was served a parking. The guest has to pay parking fee in advance. After paid the parking space would be held for the guest during the stay because the guest is possible to make car in and out of the parking all the time.
The three cars which you have seen in front of the parking tower, already they were certainly served parking and paid the fee. That meaned the parking was held for the guest. This is why you could not be served a parking that time. Therefore no one has never reserved the tower parking beforehand.
