We are foreigner from Hong Kong. We did not know the Japanese Language,but the Hotel Staff requested us to speak Japanese Language to consult the travelling information by local call. He refused to give any help to us.The manner was very bad and so cool. When l wanted to store my baggage in their hotel temporarily, there was only store in several times only, l must took it within same day, they did not want me to store two baggage, l insist to hold two baggage, they gave me the impolitely manner to me. So poor to me.... I came to Japan to travelling more than 20 times, most of them were very good services and good manner, except that hotel. It is the bad experience for that hotel staff service.
