Location is very close to the castle, but far from other things like train station, supermarket. The male staff is very rude and not helpful. He kept saying that the room is full and cannot change to non-smoking room. However, female staff later help check and find the available room. The room is small and quite old.
Hotel parking for guest is more expensive than paid parking in that area.
