Location was very good and convenient. Room was clean and cozy, breakfast was very delicious. But the outdoor hot spring(in hotel) closed when we visited, felt unsatisfied. Shuttle bus refused to pick us up to the gondola terminal and we didn't know how to book the bus. Service could be improved.

The open-air bath in the hotel is closed during the midwinter period (December 21st to February 29th).
