I went to Kyushu for 2 two days' biz trip and spent following weekend there with family. I would say: Richmond was great! It's quite close to Hakata station by 5mins' walk. Right beside Yodobashi so easy to find.
We arrived Richmond around 12:30 noon but staff let us check in as room available. Laying down luggages was helpful as we could visit surrondings in relax. Free video channel is recommended though room space is small as usual.
Will be first choice when travelling Kyushu next time.
