This hotel was announced as new oppening hotel on May, 21th 2019 at rakuten travel site. Actually this is not trully a new one, but only a new owner with new name of old hotel. We are a 60y old couple and stayed there from May 25t to 30, 2019. The cost-beneffit rate is very good, but it should be consider the distance from the Nagoya station. It is quite far from the station to walk with large/heavy luggages. Breackfast service was very nice, included in the room rate, all the staffs are very kind, but some new (??) of them did not look confortable to cover all the jobs yet.
