(1) The carpark is quite remote. Hotel coach leads us to the carpark for parking. Then we offload the luggage and take hotel coach back to hotel. Our car key is hold by hotel during parking. In such case, I suggest the hotel let the customers check in upon arrival. Hotel takes the car key to handle the parking through staff subsequently. It will be more efficient. Same treatment for taking car should be arranged for check out.
(2) There are not enough staff and we have to wait around 20mins during check out.
(3) Just a few staff know English, can’t communicate well with hotel staff.
