Book a room for one night on 16/11/2024. Arrived at hotel at 12:30 p.m. Initially told that check-in time was 2:00 p.m. and advised we had to deposite the lugguages at Conceirge for later pick-up when check-in. Another staff (regretably could not remember his name, maybe it's Rezan) spoted us and checked the system on the availability of our room. He confirmed that our room was ready and made check-in for us. Attentive staff and ready to make the extra effort, which is commendable.
