Got some hiccups in checking in because of my poor Japanese. They sent me a trainee who never tried to understand what I was saying and spent 10 mins looking around my reservation and found nothing. Finally a lady who speaks Chinese and English came over and complete the check-in process. At the end I told her I sent three mails, two via my mailbox and one via their website to them beforehand without any response, and I did care it really much. I got a phone call from here in our room and a manager also came after to our door, handing my mails printed, speaking poor English, showing sincere apologies to us. I think at the very least point they did something good and turned my experience to this hotel from bad to central.
We had dinner and breakfast there. They offered hundreds of choices. Foods were just fine.
