Just around 7 minutes walk from Ikebukuro station and 5 minutes walk to Sunshine City. With a convenient store just beside the hotel. Clean, tidy and comfortable single room. With all the basic facilities needed in the room and looked new. Good service in frontdesk.
The breakfast is good but it will be better to have more choices or got changes in different days. Coz I stayed in the hotel for 3 consecutive nights but with the same food in three days' breakfast, a bit boring.
