Shocked by the rather rude waitress in the Italian restaurant who evidently tried to intimidate foreigners by speaking in Japanese only. (she would speak English, we later found out) And she would not wait just one minute for us to finish the small appetizer before pushing on to the next dish. Customers come to the hotel to have a good time, and not to be humiliated.
On behalf of Premier Hotel Mojiko, I would like to express my sincerest apologies for the sub-par service we have provided on the 27th of January.
We are taking your letter of concern into consideration on what is currently lacking in our team to ensure such regret from our guests never happen again.
I ask that, in the future, if and when you decides to visit Mojiko again, please give Premier Hotel Mojiko another chance.
