The location is excellent. I though it's the best. The room was clean. For Japanese, the bath room is a little bit inconvenient as a washlet is not available and the equipment itself is a little bit too old.

Sorry for the inconvenient.
Actually the washlet is available in all of the rooms.
May I kindly ask that was the washlet out of order during the stay?
About the equipment,accually we are having decoration till October.
But it wont cost noises,since will just change wallpaper,carpet and some furniture.
The room will be brand new at October.
Hope you can give us a chance.
We will do our best.
