Great value for a nice clean room with very low prices. The bath/showers were also nice, clean and convenient. The service was fine at the front desk and the hotel had clear and easy to understand signs and instructions in English, Chinese, and Korean too. The homeless around that area won't bother you and the restaurants and food around the hotel are cheaper than anywhere else in Japan. I had a very pleasant stay.
