When we checked out on 3rd April, we asked the front desk staff to help us to keep our luggage (2 pieces) until we check-in again on 7th April. Your front desk staff, Miss Ootake (大嶽), refused to do so and claimed that it was the hotel policy that small size luggage can only be kept for three days at most. The so-called alternative suggestion from her was to put our luggage in front of the entrance but the hotel would not guarantee the security of our luggage.
We later decided to post our luggage to the hotel we reserved in Kanezawa instead. We then asked Miss Ootake for assistance. Miss Ootake simply gave us a shipping label for us to do-it-ourselves. The most annoying moment is that your Miss Octake even told us that she had never done this before.
I must reiterate that this was the absolutely worst travelling experience I have had in Japan.
Thank you very much for your stay this time. Ill apologize for displeasing by the service attitude again about fun keeping of the time and the baggage to which youre traveling deeply first.
Were declining keeping of the baggage before 3 days before of check-in by the VIAIN Nagoya Shinkansen mouth as I explained on the day. Im asking everybody not to disturb a staying customer here.
But the service by which a heart shut itself up keeps making an effort apart from the matter of the baggage in order to offer it from now on.
