Very sorry for late check-in as we get lost with the rental car's bad GPS...
御客屋's hot spring is very good and the hotel decoration is very Japanese traditional style with good condition. Staff is not very good at English, but they still provide good service and communication with my husband (I know little Japanese) and they're all nice guy :)
The weather and the view is very good in November, red maple leaf is all around and the temperature is not too low,I hope will come to 御客屋 again with my baby boy next time :)

Thank you very much for staying our hotel and giving us a comment.
We are sorry about there is not many staffs who can speak English very well.
We will continue to provide good service and communication with all of guests.
Our inn is the most oldest hotel in Kurokawa the building is also old but we make guests rooms clean as we can everyday.
Kurokawao Onsen has different color in each seasons it sometimes snows around here in winter.
If you come to Japan again, I suggest that you come again in other season because each season has its own beauty.
We look forward to seeing you again someday!
